Before You Go
Event Policies
- Must be 21 or older
- No discounts available
- Only the reservation holder may make changes to reservations and is responsible for ensuring balances are paid in full; unpaid balances may result in reservation downsizing
- Minimum boat fees apply: $60 for each empty raft spot
- Fuel surcharge: $3 per person
- No pets allowed in the concert area
- All attendees must wear wristbands at all times
- Guests must follow all resort safety guidelines
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 31 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fees (per person): $50 for campsites
- Any cancellation (partial or full) within 30 days of arrival is NONREFUNDABLE
- This is a rain or shine event — NO rain checks will be issued
